Second cycle of FET and unsure if I'm getting delayed miscarriage.

With a heavy heart I write this post.
My first FET ended with a delayed miscarriage after babys heartbeat was confirmed at 6w6d and baby passed away 7w4d.

I'm currently on my second FET... heartbeat was confirmed at 6w3d but I had a sudden gush of blood and went for a private scan and sonographer didn't find a heartbeat but stated it as a 'inconclusive' and now having another scan with hospital next week. I'm so nervous, I'm on progesterone (pessary and injection) as well as estrogen tablets. I'm getting sore breasts, gagging when brushing teeth and frequently urinating.

I'm scared I'm having another delayed miscarriage and my anxiety is so high. I dont know what to do.

My embryo is a good grade too.

I'm trying so hard to be hopeful but preparing myself for the worst.

I'm wondering if there is anymore I can do... any more vitamins or anything else.

I currently do weekly Accupuncture.

Unfortunately I found out this morning my baby stopped growing 4 days after heartbeat was confirmed. Yet another delayed miscarriage. Utterly distraught. 😭😭😭
