Wanting to follow this, I had a mad moment and purchased the package but worried I might not need it all and it might actually effect my cycle 😂 so now only using the DHA, COQ10 (can’t remember the fancy name) and the vitamin D spray.

I have done the same today just had crazy moment and ordered ultimate for me and hubby 🤦‍♀️ - haven’t told him yet haha …
No idea anything about them! We are starting second round in couple of months - how are you getting on - what is the COQ10 thing? Keep reading about that .. my consultant has said no DHEA but no idea about the other stuff …

Haha we are nuts aren’t we! I didn’t get my husband any because he would go mad 😂. We sadly don’t have a problem conceiving, we have been pregnant a few times but sadly I carry a gene which is 50% likely to cause miscarriage but our last pregnancy we lost at 23 weeks so are going down the genetic testing route - I am petrified of IVF but thought loads of vitamins would help but maybe I should just go down the natural route.

The COQ10 is really good for helping produce healthy eggs. What is DHEA? I am on the vitalDHA from the IVF ultimate package is that the same thing?

I was surprised that there was no info on the webpage as to what each vitamin actually did?! I find doctors and consultants are very reluctant to give advice on vitamins but surely they work?

We haven’t started IVF yet, I go to collect meds from them on Wednesday and will start on my next cycle - I got my AF today so pleased we can get going. When do you start again?

Hi all
We've just purchased and starting using them today. Did anyone end up using them in the end and did they help?

NotMuchTime · 04/08/2022 15:54

I’m using them - no idea if they work! Cost a fortune and so many of them it’s a right faff!

DHEA is different to DHA. DHEA needs prescription so speak with your consultant as to whether they feel it would be beneficial for you. It’s meant to be good for old ovaries if taken for at least a few months, ideally 5 + months so I read.
