Help injection equipment Cheltenham urgently

Hi all, I’m in Cheltenham for the long weekend on holiday and have been prescribed extra progesterone in the form of Lubion. It’s a subcutaneous injection. My clinic have sent me the Lubion without the injection equipment and all the pharmacies are closing for the bank holiday weekend. Does anyone near Cheltenham have any left over 2ml subcutaneous injection equipment left over from their cycles that I could pick up? I know it’s a long shot!

Sorry I can't help but have you tried
www.badhampharmacy.co.uk/pharmacies/st-pauls-pharmacy

The website says it's open 100 hours a week and until 10pm today.

There are a few other pharmacies open according to Google, many areas have a duty rota so there is usually at least one open.

Thank you so much for your advice. I just called them and they could not have been more helpful and kind. Unfortunately they don’t have those size needles in stock so I’m still searching. Anyone else who can help, please do let me know! Thanks

@lolo321 Have you tried any Lloyds Pharmacies? They often open late. Failing that, might be a long shot, but you could ring 111 and see if they could suggest anywhere as a medical emergency.

As long as you can get insulin needles (fine yellow or green), that’s good enough for Lubion. The “correct” needles are brown but I’ve done Lubion successfully with yellow insulin needles. Do you have syringes?

Hope you managed to sort something. If not then just to say that in a pinch you can use the more common 30G yellow needles for lubion rather than the 27G grey ones they state on the information. It’s a bit harder to push through as it’s quite a thick fluid but doable.

Ah snap Porridgeislife although I’d forgotten about the green ones, good point.

Many thanks @Porridgeislife @LongerthanMrTicklesarms @IslandStars @BlackSquare for all your help and advice. I’ve managed to get what I need from the hospital in the end. Thanks again!
