How to inject ivf injections into a thigh ?

Would anyone be able to tell me where exactly do I inject on my thigh , ? Is it upper front thigh or side upper thigh ? Thank you !!!!

It won't really matter I shouldn't think as they aren't IV injections just pick an easy to reach fleshy spot pinch an inch and inject. I did mine in my stomach when I did IVF but the principle is the same. Good luck with your treatment x

I found it least uncomfortable to do them in the outer side of the thighs, and to alternate sides. They were a bit nippy but ok overall. Good luck!
