Delayed period after hysteroscopy

Hello, anyone who has experience of delayed period after hysteroscopy? how long is it normal for the period to be delayed when have done a hysteroscopy without D&C?

@Saraah30 Sorry I can’t answer, but am following with interest as I’ll be having a hysteroscopy soon and am hoping period isn’t delayed.

I don’t think the procedure can delay ovulation and your period should naturally follow that, so it shouldn’t delay it in theory, but I suppose any surgery may unsettle the body and possibly delay it a few days at the most. Hope others can answer better.
