Is mild IVF better?

I have had disappointing results with mild (low stimulation IVF) and just wondered if people have moved from mild to normal IVF or vice versa and had better results with normal IVF? I have normal fertility profile - am just doing this on my own! Is mild IVF always better?

I got rubbish results with mild and actually took it a step further to natural modified IVF and my results increased hugely and I had twins x
