Hey, sorr I'm new here...* My partners sperm analysis came back saying teratozoospermia morphological normal spematozoa below the lower reference limit. Count is 66.8, motility is 8% ... notes say round cells present (1 million per ml or above) ... total is 2%. I have PCOS but have had all tests come back OK and showing I am ovulating and have been discharged. I have put him on wellman tablets for 2 months. Just looking for success stories and advice really. We have been TTC for 13 months now. He has a re test next month 🤞 just feeling very down with it all at the moment xx

Hi @Laura2301. We’re not a world away from you, they think I have PCO and he had normal count but reduced motility. Latest SA has gone from 9% motility and 2.5% morphology to 26% motility and 8% morphology so it can improve. He spent three months on Impryl and has been ejaculating daily, as advised by various doctors we’ve seen and will need to continue with that until we’re successful. It takes three months to refresh the supply of sperm do make sure he does three months on supplements and any other changes.

Sometimes there may be more going on so if another SA comes back similar to this one then get a referral to a urologist or go to see a private one just to get him checked properly.

@thislittlebird .. Ah amazing, thank you for your message, very encouraging! :) I will keep on at him with these tablets then, he is normally pretty good but can forget sometimes lol. Fingers crossed for you too xx Smile

@Laura2301 no worries. It takes some time but definitely worth sticking with them for three months and seeing if it helps. My husband’s has thankfully got better before we move to ivf, so fingers crossed it stays improved for September! Good luck 🤞
