Hi

I came off the combined pill February 2020 and have been ttc #1 since June 2020 (14 cycles).

My cycles range from 27-36 days with a 15/16 day luteal phase.

I had bloods done on my last cycle which were:

Day 3 Bloods:
LH: 7.8 (normal: 1.9-12.5)
FSH: 6.7 (normal: 2.5-10.2)
Serum Testosterone: 3.3 (normal: 0.5-2.5)
Free Testosterone: 63 (normal: 10-50)

Day 21:
Progesterone 45.5

GP said that my day 3 bloods should indicate PCOS as testosterone levels were raised.
Pelvic/transvaginal ultrasound came back clear, no PCOS. I have a haemorrhagic cyst on my right ovary but this should reabsorb.

I'm being referred to gynaecology. I'm taking Folic acid, vitamin D, co-Q10, myoinositol and zinc, to try and balance hormones, improve egg quality and regulate my cycles.
But just wondering what the treatment would be for raised testosterone. Anyone had anything similar???
