Period starting straight after ovulation

Hi just wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them?

My periods used to be totally normal 28 days. Recently I've started spotting the day after ovulation with it turning into a period after a few days. This has happened twice in a row now.

I'm guess it could be a progesterone issue?

I'm not currently on any medication but have been previously.

If anyone has had this happen to them I would love to hear about it x

It's more likely to be a couple of anovulatory cycles, I would have thought.

But how are you confirming ovulation? Sadly, there isn't a single 'foolproof' way of checking it.

How long have you been ttc? What infertility tests (and results) have you had done?

I've been doing the clear blue ovulation sticks, I also had a scan the day before I was about to ovulate... although I guess your right there's no way to know for sure it actually happened.

Been ttc 2 years, oh yeah had all the tests under the sun, I have low AMH, he's got high DNA frag, we're a real pair! 🤣😭
