11dp5dt - positive test- weird symptoms / no symptoms

Hi, this is my 4th ivf cycle. 3 previous chemical pregnancy/ early MC resulting from 1 ivf & 2 failed Ivf’s.

Today I am 11dp5dt

2 days ago I vomited (tmi) in the afternoon & couldn’t bear my omega 3 supplement smell. So I tested & got a faint line on ic. Ordered a couple of FR tests. Tested on FR this morning & there was a strong positive. In the afternoon tested again on ic & got a faint line. Not sure why such a stark difference in line.

Regarding symptoms, I don’t have any normal symptoms like light headedness or nausea or sore boobs. I just had strong nausea and vomiting 2 days ago, but that’s it. I still can’t bear the tablet smell but it’s not as bad as like 2 days ago.

But I have really bad gas that doesn’t get out regardless of what I try. I get heart burn & chest pain that gets really bad in evening. I have this weird pulling sensation in my tummy that gets worse when I stand. I can’t sleep properly. I am wide awake at 3 and can’t go back to sleep. That could be due to worry.

I feel like period is coming though I have no cramps. Just a feeling in uterus that I normally get around period time.

Are these symptoms normal? Is there anything to worry about? Did you have any weird symptoms or no symptoms?

@Ivfcycle4 you can't compare lines on different brands as they have different amounts of dye etc. Your FRER result looks great. As for symptoms I didn't really get any until 8/9 weeks and assuming you are on progesterone some of what you are experiencing good be down to that. Congrats on your BFP

@Ivfcycle4 sorry I previously wrote a somewhat sleep deprived garbled message. What I wanted to say is that those strip tests are really not v sensitive so you can’t compare. Out of interest I used one once when I knew blood hcg was >1000 and it was barely positive! Also I never had sore boobs in pregnancy and nausea only much later. Hope you are feeling better and getting some sleep. X

Congrats that looks like a good line. Difference in FRER could be due to dilution of urine

@Lemongrass1 - thanks so much. Relieved to hear your experience. Sleep has been ok. I spoke to gp yesterday about chest pain as it got worse. He sent me to urgent care. The doc there examined stomach & I got urine test done. All ok, according to her it’s hormones that causing chest pain. But due to previous early failures she will refer me to EPU.
I am taking half days at work as I get tired by 2-3 pm.

Just to update - I have developed ohss. Being monitored under EPU. My chest pain & severe bloating is due to that.

are you booked in for a scan, think it’s the 6 week scan x

@shazzz1xx I had an early scan yesterday. They saw lots of fluids & swollen ovaries. There was a gestational sac but too early to see anything inside it. Another scan on Friday

How far are you in weeks terms as I think they wouldn’t see anything until 6+ weeks so don’t worry

Your very welcome I did 2 full cycles and miscarriages at 10 weeks on my first go and the second resulted in my daughter who is 2 on Friday :) x
