Low motility and low morphology.

I had 3 MCs since last 5 years. My husband recently had his SA, his results were low motility (28%) progressive, low morphology (0.5%). Our consultant had suggested us to go with ICSI. We are up for it but we just want to know if it is possible to normalise the sperm analysis.

We are the same. Icsi is our only hope too. Don’t think motility can be improved but I may be wrong

I changed a few things in my husbands diet & one of it increased morphology from 4% to 10%
Include variety of nuts specially walnuts in diet
1000mcg vit C tablets 2 times a day for 3 months
Multivitamin for 3 months
Uniquinol 200 mg 3 months

Not sure which of these helped.

Hey, so sorry to hear about your MC's. We are TTC number one. DH has had 2 SA's done which have come back with 0% normal forms. Next step for us is genetic testing.

I'm on clomid for 6 months... dr says that apart from ICSI (which we will move onto if and when the clomid doesn't work) there's nothing more they can do.

DH takes pregnacare preconception multivitamin but it doesn't seem to have made a difference.
