Hi all,

I posted in a different place but think I will get a better answer here. I took the cyclogest pessary one hour late.

Will this cause any problems I’m really worried.

Thank you

They advise every 12hrs or did when I did ivf

Sure one late one isn’t going to make a diff

I set alarm on my phone to remind me to insert them

Please please take this word out your mind. Progesterone def doesn’t need to be taken at the exact same time. I would often put mine in at very different times -a lot more than an hours difference -as long as it’s at the right sort of time it’s fine. You are prob taking a few a day i imagine? Don’t worry -it keeps you topped up. You may even be on other progesterone too? Either way -don’t worry -it’s not got to be timed in the same way as the trigger shot off IVF.

@Blondeshavemorefun thank you. I hadn’t forgotten but it’s just I was out and couldn’t get home in time, so was really worried.

@mouse1234567 yes I take twice a day and with work I find it difficult as I don’t have enough time in the morning and then coming home late from shift.

@GreenShades please don't worry lovely 🥰 my treatment plan says between 6-8pm so I think it's just a guide - I'm sure an hour late won't have any impact xx

@2021babyhope thank you I was told anything like this and the leaflet is very vague too. Thanks for reassurance and love the username!
