Some support needed

Hi there, I'm new here.

I'm hoping to receive a little advice or maybe just to get some support. Me with my partner have been with our RE for 5 years and we're starting to feel like we're being taken advantage of.

After TTC for about two years, I scoured the pages of tons of forums to find a help or an advice which clinic to choose. I was so new to the whole process and didn't know anyone who had ever needed help having a baby.

We've met with a professionalist. She promised us a baby and that was enough for us. We knew she was going to cost us a lot (we went to the clinic in Germany).

After tons of testings and failed FETs, we were diagnosed with unexplained somatic infertility. Sperm count as well as the motility was normal and I had no abnormalities with my uterus or eggs.

Then went another failure. We didn't want to waste any more money on failed IUI's. Our RE suddenly changed her mind and recommended that IVF would be a good idea.

Long story short - we've got ignored by our coordinator and than our RE just ended everything with us by saying the harmful 'Sorry, I cannot help you anymore'.

Did anyone met this kind of situation? I do not know where to go next, 'cause our desire to become parents is strong, despite all the time and troubles.

DM me if you'll be able to. Thanks!

Hi @noora12

I'm sorry to hear about your experience, it would be helpful to have a bit more context of your situation.

How old are you?

What happened in your cycles, how many fresh cycles did you have, how many blasts did you get, how many FETs did you have?

Have you had any other tests: HSG/saline scan, hysteroscopy, thrombophilia screen, autoantibodies, ERA EMMA ALICE, PGT-A of embryos?

Are you based in the UK?
