IVF courier recommendations?

Hi all,

I am looking for an international courier that can transport a sample for IVF purposes from Australia to the UK. My clinic has recommended:

• Embryoport

-Kynisi IVF Couriers

• Cryozoom

But upon googling with Kynisi and Cryozoom have some terrible reviews. I am really concerned about using a dodgy courier as if I lose my samples I have nothing else - so has anyone used a courier they could recommend?

I used Embryoport last week, although only within London. Service was fine, I would have liked a bit more communication on transfer day, but I suspect he was too busy actually transporting! 🤣
