Can’t seem to find any info online about this situation. I’m on my third medicated cycle with letrozole. Last time, my dr found a polyp at my day 12 scan. He wasn’t concerned and said we’d just keep an eye on it. That cycle was unsuccessful so I went back to him on Tuesday for a scan on day 6 of my current cycle. Polyp has gone. Felt relieved. Then I went back today to see if I was ready to trigger and the polyp has come back - it’s grown to 11mm in four days!
My dr wasn’t concerned at all but everything I find online talks about how polyps affect fertility. He says it must be something that comes with stimulation. If anything I thought letrozole would reduce the chance of a polyp because it lowers oestrogen.
I’m not even sure it is something that could be removed if it disappears when I get my period and reappears at ovulation. Has anyone dealt with something similar?
