Low sperm Impryl

Hello. I was hoping to get some advice if anyone had tried impryl for low sperm count.
The consultant said to buy over the counter but I can’t find it? Has it worked for anyone also? I can see it’s online for £45 a month.

We have just bought a 4 month supply (not the cheapest) but hoping it helps with low sperm count. Please let me know your own experience and good luck 💖

@NatBoo25 hey. Yes I will let you know, we are on month 2 and have our follow up in October which works well for the third month. Assuming another SA will be done to see how it’s worked. Good luck xx

Hey @NatBoo25 how are you? I thought I would let you know that I got a BFP 31st august after my partner taking Impryl for nearly 2 months. He also ate a handful of walnuts everyday. Not sure if this helped or that I also had the HSG investigation in august too.
I have my first midwife appointment next week and 12 week scan booked for October. I’m so nervous, first pregnancy and zero symptoms at 7 weeks.

I’m very happy to hear you got your bfp and wish you all the luck for your midwives appointment 💖.

I will be booking in for my hsg for November time and really hope it all goes well. Fingers crossed I will also be able to share good news with you x

@NatBoo25 I have everything crossed for you. I read that sometimes after a HSG pregnancy can happen. Even though there is no blockage it can make it more clear if that makes sense.

Hi @NatBoo25 - I know this is an old thread. I just wondered how you got on?

My DH took Impryl for about 6 months. It didn't make any difference for us. However I would still try it if we had the time again, because you never know. It all depends on the reasons for the low sperm count/ quality as to whether it will work.

Not very well, however stopping drinking and taking Bud fertility has seemed the best so far! X
