Fertility Yoga

Hello 👋

Can anyone recommend a good online fertility yoga class for a beginner.

I have recently went through my first round of IVF. Sadly I suffered a miscarriage at 9 weeks following our first fresh transfer.

I feel I need to make some time for myself and would like to give yoga a try. I enjoyed it many years ago but it's definitely been a while since my last session.

I’m sorry for your loss
I don’t know about fertility yoga but I spent several months doing yoga with Adriene before I found her waffle a bit annoying, so now I do Yoga with Kassandra, who has made me find muscles I didn’t know I had. She has some lovely relaxing yoga too.

Hello. I’m really sorry for you loss. I used to do Yogayin when I conceived my daughter. It’s very easy going stuff but I liked taking the time out just to do something in the hope it would helped. Back doing ivf in the hope
of a second and I’ve not had much opportunity this time which is a shame as I did enjoy it.
