BFN at 7dp - any reassurance?

Hi all,
I had my 1st FET and the temptation got the better of me and I tested today 7dp and got BFN, haven't really got any symptoms but didn't last time with my fresh cycle which ended up to be a miscarriage at 7 weeks.
Any success stories of anyone getting BFP after a BFN on 7dp?
Driving myself mad 🙃
