High FSH - is there any hope

Hi all,
I have just had a failed FET 😔... My DP and I have decided to try and have one more fresh cycle... However my last FSH result a couple of months ago was 15.2! From research this is not good odds for IVF. In 2016 I had an AMH of 7 and FSH about 6... In 2018 AMH of 5 and FSH about 7. I haven't had a new AMH test but judging by the huge leap in FSH, my AMH could gave massively gone down in the last 2.5 years. I'm scared I will be told that IVF with my own eggs is impossible Sad.
I guess I'm looking for anyone with a success story with high FSH? Or any positive advice? Or any better knowledge on all these numbers? BTW I'm 41.
Thanks in advance x

Hi. I just wondered how you had got on and if there’s any update? Thanks

@Hoping43 - I started taking a number of supplements and my FSH went down to 6.6 in September 21 and was 9 in December 21 so I am going again with my own eggs. Unfortunately I didn't respond to a short protocol in December so am due to start a flare protocol next month.

@firefly37 thanks so much. What supplements did you take? I’ve just turned 35 and my FSH is 9.6. We’ve been TTC for 9 months so I’m still hopeful it’ll happen naturally but also really worried about my levels x

@firefly37 thanks for replying. May I ask if your IVF is due to FSH? Also, does wheatgrass contain vitamin A? I already take 800mg coq10 and omega 3. Hoping we will get lucky over the next few months but we have a review with our local fertility clinic coming up x

@firefly37
Hi. I’m 40 and nearly 41. I’m TTC second. I had a good response with short protocol and then a bad response so now my consultant wants me to do the short flare with busereline and estrogen priming. My amh is normal but I’m not a good responder due to age. Could you advise me of whether the flare worked for you? Thanks
