No periods for a year after the pill - what could it be?

Hi

Can anyone offer any insight or thoughts please, I am having all the usual investigations and referrals etc on the NHS but in the meantime I am not finding too much that fits with my situation by searching online.

  • Came off the pill June 2020 to TTC. Been on it 10 years prior to that.
  • Not had a period since.
  • Ultrasound showed no cysts.
  • No extreme exercise/stress/eating disorders etc. BMI 25.
  • Recently given Provera to induce a bleed (which it did) and had these blood results on CD3:

FSH 3.9 - is this too low??
LH 4.6

I’ve also had these tested:
Prolactin 134 mU/L
Testosterone 0.88
TSH 1.36
T4 14.5
Free androgen index 2.67%
SHBG 33

I am told everything in the blood results is “normal” however the GP has agreed to refer to the fertility clinic pending partners sperm analysis which we are arranging shortly (and my CD21 progesterone bloods but after a year of no periods I think we can safely say I am not ovulating!)

Is it worth paying for an AMH test at this stage, will that tell me anything? Also my LH is higher than my FSH - but not by much - does this still indicate PCOS?

Thanks for reading x
