We're currently with Concept Fertility in Wandsworth 🙂 They have been absolutely amazing so far and I cannot fault them at all!
Incredibly supportive and I've not a single complaint about any of their team 😌 I actually really really like every person I've dealt with there! They really do go above and beyond to make you feel supported and listened to.
We've been with them since just before COVID made an appearance - We've done 2 IUIs which were unfortunately unsuccessful, and we're now currently in our 2ww after our FET 🤞🏻
Concept have not only supplied me with genuine support whenever I needed it (even with a phone call at 11pm on a weekend when I was suffering badly after egg collection, they called me every few hours after that to make sure I was definitely ok!) but financially too! We had an attempted FET in June but couldn't get through my cervix after a 40 minute attempt, so it had to be abandoned 😞 As if it wasn't stressful enough going through all that to get nowhere, but paying £1250 for it along with meds to have to pay it all again was really hanging over our heads 😣
Even though it's not in their refund/credit policy, they credited our whole cycle and saved us £1250 on the next FET!! I am now in my 2ww of the FREE transfer I was given 💁🏻♀️ we just had to pay for the meds. I can not suggest this clinic enough 😌🤷🏻♀️ They're exactly the kind of people you want treating you when it comes to this stressful and sensitive situation! 👏🏻
We tried ABC clinic before we went to Concept because we'd heard good reviews, but we found them to be more concerned about their statistics and money, than us as patients and/or people with feelings in general 🙄 I contacted ABC numerous times about my multiple issues prior to even booking a consultation, as I was concerned they wouldn't be able to treat me... they reassured me MULTIPLE times that they would be able to treat me and that my problems would not be an issue. Booked the consultation, had a scan and they changed their mind the next day after getting us to pay for the consultation 🤦🏻♀️
We went to Concept Fertility after that and low and behold, no problems treating me whatsoever with any of my issues 😤 Stressful enough being in the situation of needing IVF to begin with, but to be lied to and stressed out more by being given false hope, I found a bit cruel.
