July FET thread (and petrified)

Hi all,

I did look but couldn't see a July thread, so forgive me if I am doubling up an existing thread.

I am due to embark on my second FET with transfer being at the end of July. I am so worried about it. I transferred my first embryo in April and it was a success, but it ended in an early loss. So I am trying again. I was completely fine with it, but now I am at the point where I am beginning to overthink and I am petrified of it not working and the first being a fluke or the same thing happening again.

Any advice or pointers to make it second time lucky?

Hi -obv everyone is different and no one can predict the future -but I had my first FET which ended in a very sad chemical pregnancy/then 4 months later I had a second FET -which resulted in my now 13 month old.

@IVFhadenough I'm just embarking on my first FET cycle, I previously had 2 fresh cycles one fail and one which resulted in my little boy 14 months. I just wanted to wish you well and send some solidarity as I too am pretty nervous about this cycle, the nerves never fade no matter what outcome you have I think. I made a thread which you're more than welcome to join it's called FET cycle buddies May/June with lots of ladies due to have transfer shortly x

Treatment was postponed, I am now transferring in August!
