Please reassure me I haven't wrecked IVF

Please can anyone reassure me. I'm 2dp5dt and panicking that I've ruined my chances doing too much this weekend picking up my toddler, coughing, having a bowel movement, changing the bedding, picking toddlers food up off the floor etc and that it might have stopped the embryo from doing its thing. I told myself I'd be calm and not overthink it but two days in and I already am worrying myself silly. 🤦

It's very scary. Trying to just take it day at a time 💐

@CurbsideProphet I know, I feel totally the same and petrified to move 🤣. I can't wait for an early scan to hopefully see a heartbeat for reassurance. My boobs hurt in my first pregnancy by now I think but this time they don't which worries me but I'm hoping it's all normal.

I'm so worried about the heat too 🤦

@mumlife6 this heat really doesn't help the worry does it! 😬
