Hi I had a freeze all egg collection. Withdrawal bleed started 12 days later and I'm doing a natural fet straight from that (no period first). I had a scan Friday (day 10) and I had a lead follicle of 15mm and lining of 7.4mm but I'm really worried I won't get an obvious surge of lh. I usually surge day 15 but know my cycle will be all over atm. I read today that surge usually occurs when a folly gets to 18mm and as the grow around 1.5mm per day, surely that would likely be today?
Any experiences or info would be helpful. I have an ovitrelle trigger that I didn't use for ec. So tempted to just use it even though my clinic want me natural as I pushed to do transfer so soon...
