Hi all, I'm new to Mumsnet but wanted to seek some advice.

I have just had confirmation that my ivf journey can start in July, at St Thomas guys.

Myself and my partner are happy to go ahead but we are apprehensive as there is only limited chance of the frozen sperm working ( my partner had cancer treatment which made him infertile.) Has anyone else been in the same experience or similar circumstances where they is a small chance of the treatment working ?

We wanted to see if we can go private as heard better chances of success if we go private, but now we have the go ahead with NHS we don't want to miss the opportunity, but am anxious on chances etc.

Any advice from anyone who felt the same or in a similar position would be appreciated !.
