How soon after miscarriage did you fall pregnant again?

I'm on day 4 of my medicated miscarriage. I believe I've passed the pregnancy tissues and now my uterus is returning to normal size again so I've got mild cramps and still bleeding. My question is when did everyone try again? I fell the need to immediately... I can't bare to waste extra time it hurts my heart to even think about waiting. Have people successfully fallen pregnant before a next period? I know that's not recommended but I'm curious

Lots of love ❤️

It's not recommended for a reason......I guess I'm worst case but I didn't wait until after my first period....twice.....had back to back miscarriages and then nearly died from a ruptured ectopic on the 3rd pregnancy and lost my tube because the miscarriages had caused an infection etc which hadn't had time to heal before I'd got pregnant again....

I know it's hard but please wait for 1 period.

Lots of women also find they might have a chemical pregnancy on the next one because the hair haven't waited as well as you need to give the uterus lining time to recover x

I was told when I did icsi by the staff that ur more fertile straight after a miscarriage or straight after having a baby ( she told me this as I had a loss only my 1st ivf round and was told to go straight in with 2nd round and not to wait around so I did and now I have my girl who’s 2 next month
Good luck x

I miscarried last September and was pregnant again by December. I’m now 29 weeks and hoping all continues to go well

I miscarried last January and same as you took medication for it. Doctor advised to wait for one period so everything flushes out. It is probably one of the hardest time. We got pregnant next cycle and it was chemical and then it took us 2 extra months and now 6 weeks and 4 days. We got our first ultrasound next week (kind of quite nervous about it).

This is what we did and it may help you too. If your budget allows you, go see a fertility doctor and have everything checked by them for yours and your partner.

Your partner may perform a sperm analysis and your can do an ultrasound to see if the shape of your uterus is in good standing. We also did saline infused sonohystergram once you get your next period. They usually do it right before your ovulation to see if the tubes are blocked. It helps creating clear passage in the tube so the sperm can easily meet the egg. You got pregnant before that means you guys are fertile. Although they recommend not to go see a specialist if you are not ttc for 12 consecutive months and 6 months if you are over 35.

I understand the waiting game is a killer but you may use it to your advantage. Take care of your diet and your partner's. Have the minerals and vitamines so for next round, you are fully prepared.

I wish you all the best and sorry for your loss. I have gone through that it was the lowest point of our lives and I'm scared for this pregnancy as well.
