Down regulation - no period

Hello,
So i am in my first ivf cycle. Had my down regulation scan on Thursday which was unsuccessful as i haven't had a period yet, scan also showed i have a large cyst.
So clinic have doubled my dose of bureslin in the hope of inducing it.
I took 5mg of northisdrone 3x a day which finished on 22nd.
I am due to start stims on 7th, which can't happen if i don't have a bleed .
Just wondering how long others went before having a bleed after stopping northisdrone?

I didn't have northisdrone so no advice on that but I did do buserelin for 4 weeks. I was supposed to be on it 3 weeks but it didn't work and got asked to continue for another week and my natural AF came. I started stims this week! Also I had 2 cysts on my baseline scan too after 3 weeks off buserelin when I went back 1 had disappeared with AF and they weren't concerned about the other bigger one, just said now that they are aware of it they will just keep an eye on it. Hope this helps a little xxx

Hi thank you. That's a huge relief that you could continue with the cyst, I was worried it would be cancelled.
My natural cycles can be around 70 days, so they gave me northisidrone to induce it but it doesn't seem to have worked xx

I think when you hear cyst you panic don't you .. well I did! But they weren't concerned at all so don't stress! Like I say the little one went away with the bleed and the bigger one they said they would just keep an eye on! Aww I hope AF comes soon for u! I researched how to bring on a bleed and it said vitamin c. Don't know whether it was a coincidence but I took a vitamin c tablet and started bleeding the next day xx
