IVF clinic in Cornwall for scan

Hi, we are about to do another round of IVF but I am panicking as it looks like the dates are going to fall so that we are away in Cornwall when I will need a scan next month. My clinic have said it shouldn't be a problem and I can have it at another clinic locally and email them the results. We will be staying near Falmouth. Is anyone able to recommend an IVF clinic in that area please or not too far away for us to drive? Many thanks

Hello, I think Plymouth might be as close as you’ll get. Lots of London clinics have sites in the Bristol / Bath area, but that’s still quite a drive. Try CRGW, am not sure if they’ll scan you if you’re not with them already though.

Royal Cornwall in Truro would be best option if they can scan locally, but they do say that some treatments are done in Plymouth, Exeter or Bristol.

There is an Ultrasound Direct in Plymouth.
I have had scans in several of their locations when travelling, sometimes for follicle tracking, sometimes for endometrial thickness or baselines etc. You book online the kind of scan you want and they send the images to your phone so you can pass the information on to the clinic easily.
I've used the branch local to me many times as my IVF clinic is abroad.

Thanks all, really appreciate it that's very helpful. It'll try those places.
