Male factor what next?

Hi!
My husbands always had low mot & morph but we still conceived our girl like it. He has been on Wellman Conception for 6 months and i've been too worried for him to get another SA. I've been looking at Proxeed to get him on but realistically Im not sure if to get the SA done before spending out. If it's still bad results, do I get him to try and be referred to a urologist? Like what happens next? Because its been 5 years trying for baby number 2. Im looking at IVF and all that but actually, I don't know if that's next step or there's other things they try before? How do you know when it's time to look at that stuff? Thank you

I cant recommend proxeed enough my partner had shocking morphology and Count since we had to do isci because of that . Just been to second round and they have now moved him to just ivf because it was that good hopefully this time it will work xxx

Thank you. How long did he take it? May i ask, if you still had to do IVF was it not just male factor? I'm trying ti work out if we can get them healthy we could possibly not need treatment only because of the last time but I don't know. Thanks so much for replying x

I was to go in for ivf when covid hit so got delay we were delayed 6 months he was taking that the whole 6 months when we got tested and found it improved massively. No we not just male factor I have pco to. They said takes 3 month to get in system xxx
