Tired of waiting...just want to try and get pregnant

Sorry just feeling the need to rant a bit. Just waiting for the PGS results for second round which are delayed due to the machine breaking down.

We have never tried to conceive as my DH had cancer as child. He started on meds two years ago now and we started down the IVF route in September. We'd hoped to have a transfer after our first round IVF in Jan but due to various reasons it didn't happen. I have very low AMH (a bit of a shocker) and my DH's blood pressure is getting high due to the fertility meds so we have decided to bank the first few rounds and then hopefully go for a fresh transfer on round 3.

I've been hoping to at least try and get pregnant since Sept and it's now nearly May and haven't even had one attempt yet. In the meantime my BFF has gotten pregnant.

I just want to at least try. getting bored and fed up with how dam slow everything is in this process.

I am sorry to hear your story. Hope you are doing ok. Just wanted to say that I find it all a slow process too! We have recently had our first IVF cycle which was unsuccessful and have a follow up appointment next week which is 6 weeks after the cycle and I just want to get things moving again! Really hope you get your results soon and can get on with your second round xxx

My PGS results took just under 3 weeks and the wait was torture, probably worse than my 2WW (until I tested early and got a BFN )

I find the waiting between cycles / treatments harder than any stims or procedures. The unknown really puts your life on hold, even planning the smallest of things is difficult. Hang in there, it’s understandable to feel frustrated by it all.
