First FET - what to do to prepare?

Hi all, after many rounds of ivf I’m going to do a transfer. I was wondering if anyone did anything in particular to plan for FET?

I know no alcohol and caffeine etc for egg collection and also taking things like DHEA and Ubiquinol but do these need to be kept up work for a FET? What about diet - anything that should be done?

Took me a lot to get some blasts to transfer so I’m hoping to do as much as possible to prepare for the FET. Going to do an ERA/EMMA/ALICE first and I’ve already had immune testing done. My embryos are untested so hoping to cover off as many bases as possible in the hopes one might be normal and take!

My FET "prep" was over Christmas so I asked the nurse and doctor at my clinic what I should do to prepare. They said to enjoy a glass of wine or two over Christmas but not go overboard, continue with Pregnacare conception, vitamin D and folic acid and just try to relax. I 100% recommend meditation if it works for you as I found it really calmed my anxious round - the Mindful IVF has a section especially for FET prep.

Thanks @MF1981 I will check out that mindful ivf. I’m also hoping to get to a spa soon and maybe do some acupuncture or reflexology.

Glad to hear the odd glass of wine is permitted! We would usually only have some wine on a Saturday night so maybe if we share a bottle every two weeks it might help.
