Hi All,
I am new to this forum … the one I used previously has gone very quiet! I have two IVF kiddies (4 yrs and 18 months), both fresh cycles, one in the UK and the last one in the Czech Repub.

We were lucky enough to have two frozen embies from the last cycle and we are planning on having a transfer in June. I have just received my treatment protocol from the clinic and was surprised to see no "down reg" drug (ie buserelin) … I am to take oestrogen, progesterone and aspirin. When I read up on FETs most seem to talk about "down reg" which I did in my fresh cycles.
I was really looking for anyone else that has had a similar protocol with no down reg?! I am kinda worried they have forgotten it or something lol …
Thank you and good luck all x

Had my transfer on Tuesday and all I was on for FET was 3x progynova from day 1 of af and then cyclogest pessaries once I had my lining check scan for five days until transfer.
No other meds :)

I’ve never had down reg drugs with any FET but I do have very regular cycles, which may be why?

First fet I didn't down reg and my lining didn't respond at all. Cycle was cancelled. This time I down regged and my lining still barely responded but did just about get up to measurement on lining scan.

Thanks all... Everything crossed for you willithappen! I felt the implantation of both my babies day 3 after transfer 😊😍 really weird as I think most women don't! I must have a sensitive womb. I've got bloods being done in May along with a breast scan. Have started folic acid, then will start progynova June cycle then scan on day 12... Then urgent covid test... Then quick flight to the Czech... Then utrogestan pessaries after! Phew... Long old process but feeling positive for my day 6 hatching blast ❤️
Looking forward to following everyone's journey here and sending all my best wishes xx
