Natural remedies for not ovulating

I have an appointment at fertility clinic in July. Seems a long time to wait for answers or help ovulating. Can anyone recommend some over the counter or from Holland and Barratt that could help.

Do you know for sure you don't ovulate? I don't ovulate on my own and I tried a few natural things to no avail. The only thing that did make any change to my cycles was acupuncture. I didn't fall pregnant but it definitely made me feel better!

Do you know why you're not ovulating? Do you have PCOS?

Try myo-inositol supplement as a starter. Can buy on Amazon.

@YouBoggleMyMind no, not that far into investigation yet. Dr said could be stress, but until our hospital appointment I won't know for sure. Just waiting until end of July feels a long time to take no action for myself. Thanks for the suggestion. X

Has your GP not done any investigation before referral to fertility clinic? I'd be trying to get bloods done for you and a semen analysis for your Partner from your GP so that when you get to the fertility clinic you can start appropriate treatment. Good luck 🤞🏻

@YouBoggleMyMind I've had full bloods done for liver, kidney, thyroid, diabetes, iron and 21 day hormone check etc all that came back was I had low iron but not anaemia and that my hormone levels suggested I was not ovulating. Was put on iron tablets and referred to clinic with my partner, we'll be seen on the same day.

Gotcha. Well I'm glad you've at least got those bloods. Roll on July. Try myo-inositol, it's got good reviews.
