Is anyone on Letrozole?

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone is ttc with letrozole?

I tried it for 3 months but stopped in Feb cos my period was terribly heavy. It then didn't show up till last week.

How's it going for you?

I’m on my second cycle, upped to 7.5mg. I didn’t ovulate on my first cycle of 5mg.
Did it help with ovulation for you?

I suspect it did. I had only one scan and it was on day 10.

Hey I was wondering how your experience of using Letrozole is going? I've just been prescribed it so will be starting it soon :)

Just thought I'd jump on this thread as I'm really starting to lose hope! I'll be starting my 6th round of letrozole when I get my period - had to use provera to induce it this time.

I've done one cycle at 2.5mg but I didn't ovulate. Then I did three at 5mg and I did ovulate but didn't fall pregnant then for some reason the next round at 5mg I didn't ovulate at all. So now I'm moving up to 7.5mg for my sixth round.

Really starting to think it's not in the cards for us

Hey! I am still on the letrozole, I have to try it for 6 months and if it doesn't work then I will have to go down the IVF route. It didn't do any thing the first month so had to use provera, but it did work the second month but not pregnant so onto my third month of using it now.

@Random148 oh good luck with your 3rd month! I’ve just had my last tablet and will go for a follicle scan next week so I’m hoping I get better results than what I did on the clomid. And I am the same 6 months and then ivf if no success 🤞🏻

Hi I know this is an old post but wondering if anyone has any update? Letrozole previously worked for me but after a miscarriage it’s now not working - I’m not ovulation on the same dosage which worked previously 4 times
