Hey! Been trying for almost 3 years, finally managed to do ICSI - long wait with covid, etc. Turning 40 soon só really feeling the pressure. Transfered a good quality already hatching embryo on day 5. I'm now 2 days away from test day and have zero symptoms. Like everyone I'm waiting for the smallest signs and nothing! I always have a migraine the week before period (didn't happen this month) and just overall overwhelmed and crying all day today worried it's not going to work. Don't know if I'm looking for advice or just get it off my chest really! Good luck to all those who are struggling like usShock

Hey thgo, no wonder you feel overwhelmed; it's a rollercoaster for sure but great that you had that transfer...was your lining ok too? Some women just don't have symptoms so you could be in for a bfp...the drugs take their toll so I'm not surprised you've been emotional. Not long for you now, I'd have been testing every day 😂...I had Fet last Thur. I'm 44 so you're a babe by comparison. I had my son at 40 from ivf. Anyway just wanted to say I hear you and here for you xxx

Good luck, there’s no way of telling really. I had possible symptoms but sadly still got a negative, so they must have been the hormones.

I had 0 symptoms and got my usual period pains that I get before AF starts. It was very unsettling! But still got my BFP. Every month in which we ovulate, our bodies prepare for pregnancy, so the symptoms are often the same whether pregnant or not at that early stage. Add in hormones from treatment and you just cannot tell. Nervous times!

Good luck to you, OP and you, @Sara237 🤞 Let us know

Thank you all I shall hold on a little longer... I wish 2 weeks went by this slowly when I'm on holiday Grin

I had sore boobs the day after the fet which can't be pregnancy hormones so soon. Have had sore boobs and cramps a lot and tonight feeling a bit of nausea. Just don't think it's worked...fingers crossed for everyone x

I’m in the 2WW too, I had a day 5 embryo transferred on the 9th April so I’m 5dp5dt now. It is hard waiting, wondering if it’s worked. I have had one transfer before this which was unsuccessful and if this fails I’ll have to start a whole new IVF cycle as we only had the two embryos from cycle 1. We can’t get pregnant naturally as DH has had a vasectomy, so IVF is our only hope.

thgo - I had fet on the 8th so test is on the 18th this Sunday but I did do one yesterday which was negative. As Yokey said, all sorts of symptoms can be so confusing. I now feel as I do when have pmt...
Gensola - everything crossed for you. Good you got two embryos from cycle 1 though. Sorry the previous one didn't work. It's such a rollercoaster. This is my only frozen one, I wouldn't have a fresh cycle again at 44. So it's this or nothing.
thgo - is today your test day? Sending positive vibes. Xx

Hi, I've had 6 rounds of IVF now, one successful in 2017. I had a failed in 2019 and FET just yesterday. If I've learnt anything through the rounds its not to look for symptoms. Let your body relax and do what its doing.
And try your hardest not to test early!!

Good luck everyone xx
