How long between fresh and FET cycle

Hi Ladies, please can you let me know how long your clinic has advised you to wait between a fresh and frozen cycle. I'm currently awaiting my beta results but already know the answer and the only thing that will make me feel better right now is to look to my next cycle. Thanks x

My clinic advise one natural cycle, so I had the withdrawal bleed after stopping meds in my fresh cycle (which started while I was on meds!). Then I started the FET meds on the first day of my next period. My clinic arrange an unsuccessful cycle review during the natural cycle, there’s time to put the protocol in place and to get the meds.

I had about a 3 month wait, more to do with the clinic being swamped than for medical reasons though
