Menapure or rekovelle

Just looking for some information and advice.
We just had our phonecall today about what medication we would like to take for our ivf cycle.
About 3 year ago we tried ivf with menapure but on a lower dose as I was high risk of OS. They have offered this again but at a high dose with the risk of OS or we can try rekovelle. We are really stuck in what to do and don't have alot of knowledge of rekovelle. Has any one tried this?

I've been told today that my first cycle will be short protocol with Rekovelle. My last scan showed 32 follicles but I don't have PCOS or anything and I'm not overweight. Hope everything worked out for you x

Hello @dogmam we went with rekovelle and we were pleased we did. We got a total of 21 follicles and 14 eggs from them. Sadly we only ended up with 1 top qaulity follicle and 4 good qaulity. 3 of the good qaulity didn't mature enough so we're then classes as poor qaulity and we wernt able to freeze any. We had out top qaulity and best good qaulity put back in. We were unsuccessful though. They just didn't implant. So we are waiting for our review meeting then hopefuly go again. Its the best we have ever responded and will be using rekovelle again. Wow 32 follicles is alot. We were told anything over 30 would be classed as ohss so fingers crossed for you 🤞 keep me updated with how you get on xxx
