Will try and summarise as much as possible!
Recent pcos diagnosis, first fertility app is in April. Currently don't know if I ovulate as hard to time my day 21 bloods properly so assuming fertility will manage this for me.
I've always, every month minus the very occasional random one here and there, suffered from sore nipples from suspected ovulation all the way through to a day or so before period came.
In Jan I started keto as I'm obese and need to get my bmi lower for many reasons but especially for fertility, I also started 1000mg of inositol (I've since learnt that this is not enough but I'm using them up before buy new ones). This is now the second cycle of no ovulation symptoms (apart from cm) and I'm worried that I'm making things worse as opposed to better! Logic tells me that can't be the case as weight loss and tablet can't do harm but I'm so desperate to be as straight as possible before my fertility appointment so as not to delay things. Both months have however given me longer between suspected ovulation and period though so there is that (it was too short before) but the slightly extended cycle length also worries me.
Am I overthinking? Can people still ovulate without any outward symptoms?
