Experiences of Mild IVF

Hello

I've had 6 IUI's over the last 3 years. I have been pregnant twice through this but both sadly ended in miscarriage.
I'm due to start IVF in May/June through Create which I believe is Mild IVF. Can you please share your experiences of Mild IVF? Thank you

(I have also posted this in Conception so you may have seen it twice!)

I did 2 cycles of mild IVF with Create. Didnt get great results but I have a history of miscarriages. I then did a 3 cycle package of natural modified IVF with Create and had twins in January so whilst mild IVF wasn't for me I stuck with Create and had a great experience with them x

@LetMeIn321 hello, I had a round of mild ivf last month, sadly it didn't work but I have low AMH and low antral follicle count and I really do believe that the mild protocol worked well for me. I went in with a baseline of 3 follicles, they wanted to get at least 4 follicles out of me, but I ended up with 8 eggs. I had zero side effects too. I've now signed up for 3 rounds of mild with ICSI as sadly I didn't get any to freeze so hoping some extra embabies to try a FET with it the fresh transfer doesn't work.

@ivfbeenbusy oh that's excellent. I'm really pleased to hear things eventually went well for you. It sounds like it had been difficult. I don't know fully what to expect but have been told it is mild ivf which I think I'd prefer to the conventional ivf. They said they want to focus on the quality of my eggs so I'm taking all necessary supplements to try and support that.

@ohsheglows I'm sorry to hear that. I really hope the ICSI works well for you. I also have low AMH. My levels dropped drastically in the space of 12 months. Not sure why but I'm taking all the supplements that support egg quality in the hope that it'll improve our chances.
