50mm follicle - advice needed!

Hey, I'm cd17 today on a Clomid cycle and over stimulated again (happened once before). I had a scan with my NHS unit Monday (CD12) to see what was happening and I had 7 mature follicles. I also have been going through all of my IVF planning appointments as we'd planned to start if this last Clomid cycle didn't work but as we've had to abstain this cycle I'm due to start down regs (buserelin) on CD21 if I've ovulated. Been feeling uncomfortable still so went for a private scan this afternoon and I haven't ovulated yet and now my left ovary is huge and my biggest follicle is 50mm followed by the following 34mm, 32mm, 31mm, 28mm, 24mm. My ovary is 8.5cm and is over where my right ovary should be as it's so big and pushed my uterus aside too. The sonographers said the follicles will likely carry on getting bigger. I don't know what to do. My private IVF clinic is open weekends but they don't have reception staff on so I can't call them. My NHS infertility/gynaecology unit is shut. Has anyone experienced anything like this?

Those sizes don't sound correct? I did 5 rounds of IVF and clinics don't like you to have follicles over 26-28mm absolute maximum (and prefer them around 20-22mm) otherwise eggs are just over cooked

At 50mm that sounds more like you have ovulated the egg and that's the ruptured follicle/corpus luteus ?

@ivfbeenbusy this wasn't an IVF cycle, just Clomid. I think reading up since they're follicular cysts. Last time on Clomid I ended up with 5 ruptured haemorrhagic cysts. These haven't ruptured, just getting big!

@Crazydoglady123 I had one of these cysts following an abandoned IVF cycle (can't remember the size though). They put me on the pill for a month to help resolve it
