Can you get ivf drugs through any pharmacy?

I was going to order all my FET drugs through my clinic, who use stork (£20, need to be in for a day). I asked if I can have a prescription instead and they said yes (£50 charge).

My question is will all normal pharmacies have access to all the drugs (I realise they might need to order in) or is it specialised and actually not that simple?

I need lentogest and some other things that I think might not be standard.

@seven201 Call them first but I’d imagine most pharmacies can order them in, they will be cheapest at Asda pharmacy as they sell them at cost price. Make sure have needles and syringes if you need them and they don’t come with the meds you’re on, I buy mine from medisave.

@Gardenlady543 oh great, thank you for that. I don't have an Asda nearby but maybe it's worth a bit of a drive!

It definitely is @seven201 I’ve saved hundreds of pounds so far. They will need to order in though, so plan for two trips Smile

I think so, I've bought from both Asda & Tesco and had quotes from Boots but sometimes had to wait a couple of days for them to order in certain bits.
