Next to contend with... aura migraine after EC? (And withdrawal bleed)

Thanks to everyone on this forum which has been so helpful for my foray into egg freezing with DOR..

So next thing I have been so lucky to have to deal with (!) is I had a horrible episode yesterday which I am hoping is an aura migraine. Had (unsuccessful) egg collection on Sat and thankfully no real issues after. A bit of cramping and bleeding Sat and Sun but that was it.

Yesterday (Wed) I then started bleeding (mid morning ish) and I contacted my clinic as I was concerned it was too early for my period - they advised it would be my period /withdrawal bleed and not to worry. It was so early because I am withdrawing from the medication.

Then around 2.30 I had a horrible episode where I could see a rainbow star floater type thing in my vision which then disappeared but my vision was completely messed up - not quite blurry or double vision but more like pieces were missing - i.e. put the tv on and it looked like the people on there only had one eye etc! Really scary and I called 111 and advised my boss etc - thankfully she suggested it could be an aura migraine and from a little google it seems likely. No headache at the time but about 45 mins later, once vision had returned to normal I had a headche on one side which gradually moved over to both and lasted all day into night. However it was not unbearable and no worse than a bad headache I would have had normally.

As it has never happened before (either this, or anything like what I understand a migraine is) I was told to go to urgent care and have a check over which I did and I've been referred to opthamology for an appt tomorrow.

Hopefully it is nothing to worry about although after unsuccessful egg collection (and been suffering from anxiety again) I wonder if it is stress related. I have also seen online that women often get them on the start of their period due to a drop in estrogen. I of course started my period that day mid morning and I was also on 7 days estrogen priming before my injections etc started so I guess perhaps it's likely it's to do with that sudden drop in hormones which caused my period to start might have caused this.

Has anyone had anything similar? I've contacted my clinic and they have said they are passing this to the consultant to discuss with her and come back to me.

TIA
