Hycosy and Ovulation

Hi all. I should've asked the doctor but it only came to me this evening.

I had my procedure today but last night I had a positive ovulation. Would the hycosy flush away any eggs being released or would we still have a chance trying this month? Sounds like a stupid question Maybe. Thanks in advance

Hi, I had a hycosy today and in a similar position to you. They could see the egg in my tubes, and If I recall correctly, my consultant said it's a "wasted cycle" in my case.
