This is my first cycle on letrozole, I took 7.5mg from cd2-6 and am cd7 today. I finished my period on cd3, with a bit of brown spotting on day 4.m, which is usual for me.
Today, a few hours after sex, I have had some light red bleeding. I've never had mid-cycle bleeding. I did have a bad uti last cycle and only finished antibiotics yesterday and I do feel a bit tender in my lower tummy and lower back ache.
I've got a scan with my specialist on Monday and hopefully will have a trigger for ovulation. I'm on an immune protocol, so also taking hydroxychloroquine.
Has anyone else had similar symptoms and it been OK or know what causes the bleeding? X
