Starting IVF - Advice on alternative therapies

Hello
I've had 6 cycles of IUI over the last 2 years or so. I've been pregnant twice but sadly miscarried both times. I'm starting IVF in about 2 months.
When I was having IUI, I was having acupuncture. Has anyone tried any alternative therapies you feel has helped? I've read about options such as hypnotherapy, reiki, reflexology etc so wanted to look at options that might help. Thank you in advance

Reflexology was the one for me. Had treatments in run up to egg collection. Left me feel amazing. Was gutted that covid stopped it all just after I got my BFP. Highly recommend trying it

I did fertility acupuncture for 4 of my 5 IVF cycles and 3 of my 4 transfers.......I got pregnant with twins on the one cycle I didn't have acupuncture due to lockdown 🤣

@FingersXssd83 Congratulations on your BFP! Yes I've heard reflexology can be effective, and helpful even just to help relax and regulate stress. I'll definitely look more into this. x

@ivfbeenbusy Oh my gosh! That's excellent! Congratulations! I did have accupuncture for a few months when having IUI and is something i'm considering again. Sounds like lockdown was just as effective! 🤣🤣
