Pregnant again after multiple miscarriages

Hi ❤️

I lost 3 babies since July 2020 one of them being an ectopic.

Yesterday I was 14 DPO and got a dye steale which I should be happy about but I just can't help but being sad already? Preparing for the worst but hoping for the best. Anyone else?
