I am from India. I have been trying for our first baby since 2 years but no success. All my test reports are normal but DH got low sperm count and then diagnosed with left sided grade 4 varicocele. Is there anyone who got pregnant with natural treatments for varicocele and low sperm count?

Need some positivity..i am too much worried

Hi, I had a failed fresh transfer in march stopped the projesterone and had a withdrawal bleed /period which lasted about 4 days, today is cycle day 34 and so far no period, me and hubby have had unprotected sex a few times, did not track ovulation. Obviously if nothing in next few days then will do a test, this is the longest cycle that I have had and I know after all the drugs your cycles can be a bit hit and miss. Has this happened to anyone else with your periods?

Hi gyus! Personally, I am just now coming to terms with the fact that I am not going to concieve naturally. I have been kinda thinking and generally asking around about IVF the last year or so, but only recently I have actually realised and admitted that this is my best option atm.
So, I don't know about your specific medical issue, but I know it is hard to start thinking about other options. I would recomend, while trying to figure out if natural conception is going to work for you, start researching IVF and other options, just in case and so that you are prepared for every scenario.

My semen analysis came back and it say OAT 2 ? It’s considered severe. What are my options or chances of having a baby ?
