Stress and Anger through IVF

Hi there, I have started the sims and feeling very irritable, angry and stressy .. my poor husband!! But am worried that these side affects are going to affect my chances as know I should be trying to keep calm ... anyone else gone through this with the meds?

The first time I did stims I felt like I was losing my mind. The subsequent times it hadn’t been as bad but for sure I get emotional. I try and keep myself to myself in terms of friends / commitments etc during stims and try and relax as much as possible x good luck

The 1st few times i had mine i was proper evil lol my hormones were all over the place. I am told that yoga and acupunture really help so i am trying them this time round x
