Letrozole Help

Has anyone had a successful pregnancy with Letrozole? If so which round and what dosage?

Hiya I am currently on cycle 2 no luck yet on 2.5mg unmonitored taking the tablets from day 3 to 7. Is this your first cycle?

Hi,
My first cycle I had Provera to induce a bleed and then 5mg of Letrozole from days 2 to 6. My blood tests showed I didn’t ovulate. So now I will need to take tablets to induce a bleed again and increase to 7.5mg of Letrozole. Didn’t they check to see if you ovulated with blood tests?
Is there anything else you are taking? Do you have PCOS? I have PCOS and don’t have periods. I’m on 500mg of Metformin and 4g of Inositol daily as well.

Hiya I also have pcos unfortunately they have said this is unmonitored cycle as I first started on clomid for 6 months they checked to see if I ovulated the first month and I did so left me to it for 5 months as we did not concieve I had an laparoscopy for ovarian drilling and treat suspected Endometriosis as this did not work after 3 months they have given me letrozole to try for 3 month’s unmonitored and then We will be back to see what our next steps will be I have a period every month naturally as they are over 30 days and scanned cysts show in my ovaries I have been diagnosed with pcos I am taking conceive plus tablets for pcos which include inositol xx

I am in a similar position to you I have PCOS, but not on any metformin etc, and have just been prescribed Provera and Letrozole 5mg.
I was wondering if you had an update on how it was going so far? :)
