Day 4 embryo transfer - positivity needed!!

Hello!
I had 2 embryos transferred on day 4. One of the embryos was more advanced than the other - one was at 14 cells and the other only at 5. I’m now on day 2 of my 2ww and feeling so nervous!
Has anyone got any positive success stories of their similar situation?! It’s such an emotional journey, none of my friends really understand what I’m going through.

I didn't have a 4 day transfer but I am familiar with the 2ww after a 5 day transfer! Such a long wait whilst jumping from hope to despair to hope and symptom spotting the whole time! Perhaps not knowing what they were like on day 5 makes it even more stressful? Hope you get your BFP 🤞 Good luck!

@Yokey thank you! Yes it’s such an emotional rollercoaster, some minutes I am convinced we are pregnant other times I’m convinced we aren’t. It’s agonising!

@AbbeyCats i transferred two 3 day embryos two weeks ago. A 10 cell & an 8 eight cell. OTD is tomorrow but i have been testing early and have a very strong bfp today. It's still early days but lots of people have success with non 5 day blasts so try to stay optimistic Smile

@Galgal15 oh wow that’s amazing!! You are in the position I am desperate to be in! Thank you for sharing, that does give me hope Smile did you have any symptoms in the 2ww?

@Yokey you’re absolutely right! I will try to stay positive

No symptoms that you could really pinpoint. If anything, just a feeling that AF was about to arrive e.g bloating and cramps and some tugging feelings. I have nothing now. I still don't really believe it. Got hcg bloods today and will repeat thursday so hopefully that will give reassurance. I have a 15 month old and in that pregnancy nausea started around 6 weeks.

@Galgal15 you must feel so excited! I’ve got everything crossed for you 🤞🏼
I am now 4 days post transfer and I still don’t have any symptoms 😞 I’m trying not to get too negative and think the worst but it’s so difficult.

I don't know if that helps but some people just don't get symptoms. I didn't get any symptoms at all (and felt quite lucky compared to my SIL who had bad HG). Also 4 days is super early.

I know the wait is hard. Fingers crossed for you !

@Marty13 thank you! You are right, not everyone gets symptoms and can still be pregnant. Saying that, I have experienced a few aches and pains in my lower back and right side for the last few days. These may be symptoms or maybe I’ve just slept funny! We are just keeping our fingers crossed 🤞🏼
